Our toplist is an automatically generated directory. Server operators register themselves and manage the content they expose through their listings. Because of that, we need clear policies that explain responsibilities, data handling, and how to reach us.
All sections below are available in every interface language via Laravel’s translation system so that server owners and players receive the same information regardless of locale.
By accessing or using this toplist you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) and that you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the service.
The toplist provides ranking, visibility, and analytics for Metin2 private servers on an “as is” basis. We do not host the listed servers, have no partnership with 'Metin2' license holders, and do not moderate the gameplay content of third parties.
Server owners must only submit accurate data, lawful promotional material, and assets they have rights to share. Manipulating votes, impersonating well-known brands, running scam re-openings, or abusing the API is strictly forbidden and can lead to removal without notice.
Listings are created by their respective owners. We cannot review every linked page or server in real time and therefore assume no responsibility for external content. Visitors follow outgoing links at their own risk.
Pornographic material, hate speech, malware, phishing, or any illegal activity is not allowed. Impersonating legacy server brands or using confusingly similar names without proof of ownership is considered community abuse and will be sanctioned.
Premium placements are voluntary upgrades processed via Stripe. Sponsored slots only buy visibility; they never bypass fraud checks or ranking resets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using this service. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence under German law.
We may adapt these terms to reflect new features, regulations, or court rulings. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
We take privacy seriously and implement privacy-by-design principles. Personal data is only collected when absolutely necessary.
Account data (email, nickname, optional avatar), server metadata, and voluntary contact information. Voting requests store an anonymised hash of the IP combined with a timestamp to enforce the 24h cooldown.
Raw IP addresses are immediately hashed and truncated before being written to cache/logs. The anonymised entries are purged after 48 hours, while aggregated security logs are removed after 30 days.
Premium upgrades are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Stripe processes the necessary billing information under its own GDPR-compliant policies. We only receive the billing status and the last four digits of the card. Server owners who prefer not to share details with Stripe can contact us for manual PayPal or crypto invoices.

You can request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your data at any time. Please email support@p42.studio to start the process. We answer within 14 days as required by Art. 12 DSGVO.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO (contract performance for registered users) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping rankings fair).
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain login sessions, remember language preferences, and prevent vote abuse. Cookies or local storage entries that are not essential (for analytics or A/B experiments) are only set after consent within the banner.
You can delete cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so may sign you out or reset your vote cooldown reminders, but it will not block access to public content.

The list consists of hyperlinks submitted by third parties. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact us with a properly formatted notice. We will temporarily disable the entry while investigating.
Notices must include: (a) identification of the protected work, (b) the URL on our site, (c) a declaration of good faith, and (d) proof that you are authorised to act. False claims may result in liability under § 97 UrhG / 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
